Editorial by Editor, Mark Powley Welcome to the August edition of the SAPMAIL(August already- where the hell did the year go?). This month John Kerr is our review debutante with an In Box Review of Dangerboy Hobbies wingfolds. Alan Thorpe proves he is decal review machine with more auto decal reviews. Plus I've included Alan's mega-list of favourite websites as well. Thanks guys! We also have a bit of humour for this month. While written by an armour modeller I'm sure it would apply to any other modelling field as well. Don't forget there is a Classifieds section available in the SAPMAIL as well the Bulletin Board on the SAPMA site. Got something you want to sell, an item you're looking for, info you are desperately seeking then that's the place. Also don't forget to give yourself a nag about contributing to the SAPMAIL and website. Till next month, have fun! Want to submit an Article? So you want to submit an article, ad in the Classifieds or an item for the Bulletin Board? They can be submitted on disc as a Word or Text file. Hand or type written articles are no problem. Email submissions are also not a problem. If you have any questions call me on 8374 2743 or email : mgp@ihug.com.au You don't need to be Bryce Courtney to submit an article. If you've just finished building a kit then jot down some notes about it ie parts fit, ease of construction, decal quality and so on. Equally as good are In-Box Reviews. If you've just bought a kit or aftermarket item then feel free to share your thoughts on it. General types of articles, some interesting information about a plane or tank or car you'd like to share, your favourite websites and so on will also be cheerfully accepted. Don't be afraid! I promise not to laugh at you. Honest! |
