This is the Horizon 1/20 Elasmosaurus and is my very first dinosaur. Also my first vinyl kit as well. The whole thing went together reasonably well, with the only hassle being the neck to body join - trying to fill the join without loosing all the skin detail was challenging to put it mildly. I went for a subdued scheme of light grey undersides with dark grey and dark green striped uppers and a glossy finish to give it a wet look. The fish in the diorama are from the Tamiya Triceratops kit to give it an authentic feel.
